              - Saturday from 17.00.  
              Upon your arrival to marina you should come to our office to settle
              all the paperwork. Documents required are: passport, charter contract,
              sailing or motor boat licence inclusive of VHF operator licence
              and crew list with names and personal details of all crew members.
              During embarkation we charge extra costs such as skipper, outboard
              engine, final cleaning ( obligatory ) etc. payable only in cash
              if not already paid and stated in charter contract. Security deposit
              is payable in cash, EURO cheques up to 200 EURO each, VISA, EUROCARD,
              MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. In case of poor weather conditions
              you might be warned by our staff not to sail out, if you still do
              and any damage is provoked by this act entire sum of deposit will
              be automatically kept.  
              And after the formalities are taken care of we will take you to
              the yacht, show you around, answer any qui rees you might have and
              go trough inventory list of the boat with you and help you get familiarized
              with her. You will get a mobile of one of our Mega barche Managers
              who will be at you disposal in case of emergency 24h/day. 
              If your ETA is after sunset please inform us and we will organize
              your reception any time. 
              CHECK OUT - Saturday till 09:00 
              Return of the vessel to marina we foreseen for Friday evening in
              order to check out not later then 09:00 on Saturday morning. If
              the boat had no damage or loss entire security deposit will be given
              back to you. 
              And
              what happens in between check in and out is pure pleasure.
